What amenities are included?
All properties come fully equipped with Wi-Fi, kitchens with modern appliances, private, dog friendly outdoor spaces, and comfortable living areas.
All linens and towels are provided along with handsoap, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets and oven gloves. There are also a selection of games (indoor and outdoor) and books for you to enjoy.
For Irstead Cottage, free firewood is also included.

How far are the properties from the nearest beach?
Whether you enjoy a quiet walk on the beach, or you want to experience traditional arcade games; whether you like sandy beaches, or prefer fossil hunting an rock pools; you can reach all types of beach within 30 minutes from the cottages.

Is parking available at the properties?
Yes, all properties have free private parking spaces available for guests.

What is the check-in and check-out time?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need flexible times, feel free to contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Are the properties family-friendly?
Yes, all properties are family-friendly, but with some caveats!
For Thatch Cottage please be aware of the stairs and the gas fire that can get very hot. Because of the quirky layout we generally recommend children over the age of 6 are best suited to this property.
For Irstead Cottage there are some 'interesting' stairs that may cause concern to some parents and the log fire. Please check with us if you have any questions. A high chair is available.
Ludham Cottage A high chair is available and we welcome children of all ages.
